Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Del Via is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

While we strive to provide an accessible experience on this Website, there may be elements on this Website that are not within our control and ability to make fully accessible. These include content provided by the Property Management Company, third-party links, inline frames, feeds, and embedded content that may be provided within or from this Website to other websites or services (e.g., maps, feeds, videos, widgets, applications, resident portals, etc.). We provide these as a convenience to our users and do not warrant the accessibility of third-party websites and content.

These efforts are ongoing and audited often. Catalyst and Presidium are continuously working to increase the usability and accessibility of this Website.
